End-User License Agreement (EULA) for FastGuru

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FastGuru.ai ("FastGuru"). This EULA governs your use of the FastGuru website (https://www.fastguru.ai) and the FastGuru mobile application ("App"), available on iOS and Android platforms. By using the FastGuru website or downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the website or download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

FastGuru grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App and access the website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Description of Services

FastGuru provides various features through its modules, including:

• FastBots: AI-powered chatbots for assistance and learning.
• Fast Videos: Educational and instructional video content.
• Fast Earning: Opportunities to find gigs, freelance work, and monetize content.
• Institutions: Connects users with educational institutions.
• Fast Tutors: Connects students with tutors for personalized education.
• Ask Ishaan: Personalized advice, tips, and recommendations from a virtual assistant.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App and website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.
• Be responsible for the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

4. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App or website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer any rights to the App or website.
• Use the App or website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. FastCoin and Monetization

FastGuru includes a virtual currency called FastCoin, which can be earned through various activities within the App. FastCoins can be redeemed for services within the App. FastGuru reserves the right to manage, regulate, and/or eliminate FastCoin as it sees fit and shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

6. Multi-Language Support

FastGuru supports multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Hindi. Users can select their preferred language from the settings menu.

7. Tutor Onboarding

Tutors can apply to offer their services through the FastGuru platform. The onboarding process includes:

• Submission of an application.
• Verification of credentials and expertise.
• Profile setup.
• Approval by FastGuru.

8. Termination

FastGuru may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this EULA and the rights afforded to you hereunder at any time, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and website and uninstall the App from your device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FastGuru disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FastGuru be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App or website; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastGuru operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to this EULA

FastGuru reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
